Your feedback is extremely valuable and will assist us in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the MMBC program. In order to help us guide the consultation event planning, we’ve put together a short survey for you to provide high-level feedback at the start of our consultation planning process.
You only need to complete one of the two survey versions available:

Survey instructions are included in both versions. The deadline for completing surveys is March 31, 2017.
Please note: This consultation event will be our main event this year instead of a Collectors’ Conference.
