Effective January 1, 2017 Multi-Material BC Society Inc. (MMBC) will transfer its rights and obligations to the newly incorporated MMBC Recycling Inc. (MMBC), a not-for-profit incorporated under the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act. This change was made with the approval of the BC government.
