Learning with Recycle BC

Recycle BC is a not-for-profit organization responsible for the collection and post-collection process for packaging and paper recycling in British Columbia. Recycle BC operates as a full Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) program, which means that producers are responsible for the financial and operational end-of-life management of the packaging and paper they supply BC residents.

The resources below have been developed to help teachers explain how the Recycle BC program works, what happens to materials after collection and ultimately why we recycle.
