Recycle BC Membership Agreement and Policy Changes for 2018

  • Early in 2017, Recycle BC and other programs supported by CSSA initiated a comprehensive review of their respective Membership Agreements, Rules and Policies that govern steward registration, reporting, invoicing and compliance/enforcement
  • The primary objectives of the review were to continue administrative harmonization and improve clarity for stewards
  • Majority of changes are expected to take effect on January 1, 2018; new Voluntary Steward Agreements and Policy have already been implemented
  • Documents for Recycle BC are listed below, including a Summary that outlines the main proposed changes for all programs, why they are being made and what they will mean to stewards. Documents for other programs are available here
