Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced steps to address plastic pollution

On Monday in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Quebec, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced that the Government of Canada will ban harmful single-use plastics and hold companies responsible for plastic waste.
