The communities of Quesnel and Summerland are helping lead the way in recycling more flexible plastic. Through the Flex Collect Project, residents are encouraged to add the depot to their recycling routine by collecting and dropping off flexible plastics—like bread bags, pouches, crinkly wrappers and bags and overwrap.
Flexible plastics are soft, lightweight, and easy to crumple or fold. If you can ball it up, you can usually bring it to the depot.
Help keep Quesnel and Summerland clean and healthy for generations to come.
