MMBC has Clarified Aspects of Agreement and Statements of Work to Assist Collectors in Responding to Collection Incentives for Residential PPP
Multi-Material British Columbia (MBBC) has revised four documents that are important to collectors considering if they will accept MMBC’s financial incentives to provide residential packaging and printed paper (PPP) collection services under the PPP Stewardship Plan.
The revised documents are:

The revisions are intended to clarify confusion regarding MMBC’s intentions to establish good business relationships with collectors.
Key revisions include:
- Added a new recital to reflect MMBC’s desire to resolve issues through dialogue and to establish, on all sides, good business relationships
- Section 2.2 Changes: restructured for clarity, added Contractor’s right to request a change and modified timeframe for responding to change request
- Section 13.1 Termination for Convenience: added Contractor’s right to terminate for convenience
