We’re thrilled to mark our 10-year anniversary with a special video tribute! As we celebrate, we reflect on a decade of dedication, growth, and community support that has propelled us towards creating a more sustainable future. This milestone is not just a testament to our organization’s efforts but also a tribute to everyone who has been part of our journey. From, member producers, collection partners, First Nation communities, post-collection service providers, the waste industry, the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, other partners, and residents – we couldn’t have achieved this without you!
Over the past 10 years, our program and partners have achieved tremendous success and showed exceptional resilience in the face of significant challenges. The ability to effectively manage recycling collection and processing through a global pandemic, a catastrophic flood and other states of emergency such as wildfires and snowstorms, is a testament to the robust system design and the commitment of the partners involved.
We are proud of what we have accomplished to date and look forward to continuing to work with our program partners and interested parties to further support the collection of program materials to advance packaging and paper recycling in BC.
